Property Management is essential when you own somehere abroad and are perhaps only using your property for a few weeks in the year. Rainbow Property Care are looking after a number villas and apartments in the area and know only too well the importance of the service. Although Turkey has a wonderful climate most of the year, the rains during the winter are torrential and can cause serious damage. We have seen the  smallest of leaks in a roof cost thousands to repairs. On some occassions the rain has come through a roof and even to the apartment below! Having someone to visit your holiday home and report back on a regular basis is well worth paying for. Packages start from as little as 100 pounds.

We will -

• Visit your property on a fortnightly basis to make sure that everything is in order. Interior and exterior checks will be done. Extra checks will be done if the weather is particularly bad.  

• Check for vermin and pests and arrange for treatment if required. 

• Email you a report once at month.  If there are any serious issues or problems you will be advised immediately.   

• Air your property when not being used. 

• Collect and arrange payments for electric, water and council tax bills. (We will ask you to leave a small amount of money with us to cover bills and we will provide a regular statement of your account once bills have been paid).   

• Close the property safely at the end of the season. 

• Arrange quotes for any maintenance, repairs or decoration if required.
