If you own a villa or apartment on a complex it is essential that the grounds and pool are properly maintained. Rainbow Property Care will produce a management package to suit your needs.

As part of the contract we will:-

Organise the management plan and a budget for the yearly expenses

Pay the communal electric bill and water bill for the pool pump, garden lighting and the watering of the garden (optional)

Maintain all the communal areas ensuring everything is kept neat and tidy.

Provide plants fertilizers and equipment for the garden and chemicals for the pool  

Give general advice & support to all owners regarding the pool and garden requirements

Supply gardener and other staff as necessary to maintain the complex

Represent the complex in any matters on behalf of the owners as required
