For those lucky enough to have a private swimming pool, cleaning and maintaining it is an essential part of property ownership and can be both time consuming and an inconvenience especially during the summer months. We can arrange to have your pool cleaned and treated regularly to keep it well maintained and fresh for you and your guests. Use of chemicals can vary depending on size and usage of pool therefore unfortunately we can not give a price for pool maintenance until after our inspection.

Due to the hot weather here in Turkey a pool that is not regularly maintained and chemically treated can quickly lead to the growth of bacteria, causing infections - especially in children. Any owner renting their property should be aware that cutting corners and avoiding paying for this essential service can result in infections and therefore complaints from customers!.

All pools are individually priced on a yearly basis and include chemicals. The pool contract consists of daily pool cleaning during the summer season. Chemical levels will be closely monitored, the pool will be cleared of all floating debris, and the water will be left crystal clear for enjoyable and safe swimming.

Our licensed and experienced pool maintenance team will usually be in and out within an hour, causing the minimum inconvenience to either yourselves or your guests.

Throughout the year, your pool management will consist of a weekly check and we include all of the following in our fee:

Test the pH and Chlorine

• Test Hardness & Alkalinity
• Add Chlorine
• Add chemicals for balance when needed
• Cleaning of filters and strainers
• Vacuum or brush pool as needed
• Check pool water level
• Monitor and check pool pumps
• Minor repairs are included however major repairs or replacement parts and servicing will be at an additional cost
• Monitor and check pool grouting

Other services such as power washing of pool and path areas are available at an additional cost

Although we make only a single visit to your property for the pool maintenance we are always going to check the exterior of your property and report back any issues if necessary.
